Lim Dall Young (Im Dal-young, Korean - Hangul: 임달영, Hanja: 林达永) is a manhwa writer. He is the author of Black God, as well as several others, such as Freezing, Onihime VS, etc. He worked with Park Sung Woo on Kurokami - Black God. He is also part of the doujin circle CDPA and uses the alias Moonzero. His name "Dall" (달) Young" (영) means "Moon" "Zero". He has written stories for the Cross Make series of hentai doujinshi anthologies.
